影响慢性乙型肝炎患者生存质量因素调查与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎(慢乙肝)患者生存质量及其影响因素。方法采用慢乙肝患者生存质量评价量表调查78例慢乙肝患者和42例正常人,应用多因素回归分析其生存质量及影响因素。结果经济收入、性格特征、服药依从性、报销方式、心理负担、受教育程度等6项对生存质量的影响比较突出,其中经济收入、性格特征、服药依从性、报销方式与患者的生存质量总分呈正相关(P<0.05),而心理负担、学历与生存质量总分呈负相关(P<0.01或0.05)。同时结果显示,患者的性别、年龄、婚姻状况等未显示出与生存质量存在相关性。结论慢乙肝患者的生存质量下降,收入水平、性格特征与服药依从性是影响其生存质量的重要因素。Objective To investigate and analyze the quality of life（QOL） and factors associated with QOL in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods Seventy-eight patients with chronic hepatitis B and forty-two healthy controls were explored with questionnaires of CLDQ and SF-36 and treatment compliance.The influential factors for QOL were analyzed by multiple factors linear regression.Results Global scores of QOL were lower in all patients than healthy subjects.Six factors（including income,character traits,medication compliance,reimbursement scheme,psychological burden,level of education） were correlated with QOL.Income,character traits,medication compliance and reimbursement scheme were positively correlated with QOL（P0.05）,but psychological burden and level of education were negatively correlated with QOL（P0.01 or 0.05）.Gender,age,marriage were not correlated with QOL.Conclusion QOL of patients with chronic hepatitis B declines.Income,character trait and treatment compliance are the important factors for QOL patients with chronic hepatitis B.
