脊柱胸腰段屈曲压缩性骨折手术与保守治疗的疗效对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨脊柱胸腰段屈曲压缩性骨折手术治疗与保守治疗的疗效。方法:对59例胸腰椎椎体压缩骨折患者进行了内固定手术治疗,对173例胸腰椎椎体压缩骨折患者进行垫枕复位治疗。结果:手术组及保守治疗组均取得满意疗效,2组疗效比较P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:在胸腰段椎体压缩骨折的临床治疗中,Ⅰ、Ⅱ度可以采取保守治疗而无需手术。Objective：To investigate the effects of operation and expectant treatment in thoracolumbar compression fractures.Methods：Fifty-nine patients were treated with internal fixation.Meanwhile,173 patients received relocalization with lumbar pad.Results：The results in both groups were satisfied.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Thoracolumbar compression fractures（Ⅰ°,Ⅱ°）can be cured by expectant treatment.
