摘 要:目的探讨半导体激光输出功率对照射时间的影响。方法对妇科、耳鼻喉科、泌尿科、口腔科、皮肤科共216例和295例分别用15W和25W铟镓砷半导体激光进行照射时间、输出功率和总能量进行分析比较。结果相同波长不同功率的半导体激光用于临床治疗存在以下关系:激光器的最大输出仅影响平均功率预置水平(P<0.01),功率提高可能缩短实际使用的照射时间,但未发现统计学显著性差异。结论半导体激光的输出功率对于缩短实际使用照射时间的影响尚不明确。Objective To investigate the affection of laser power setting on time of irradiation.Methods The 216 cases with max.15 W versus 295 cases with max.25 W InGaAs laser average power setting, irradiation time and energy data applications in different departments including gynecology, otorhinology, urology, stomatology and dermatology were compared.Results There was statistical significant difference between two groups of laser power setting (P0.01). It was hopeful that increase of laser power could reduce laser irradiation time. However, statistical analysis failed to show significant difference between two laser power groups (P0.05). Conclusions Our data do not provide evidence that laser max. output power could reduce laser-exposed time for surgical operation.
