摘　　要：金融风险的最后外化形式是金融危机，而危机的蔓延恶化则导致经济危机，这是古今中外金融风险积累及其发展的一般性规律。旧中国从１８８６－１９４８年先后发生过十次金融风潮，１９２９－３３年由美国金融危机导致世界经济大危机，８０年代由英磅危机引发世界货币体系危...Abstract Although the bad loans of state banks are the main financial risks in China.the state banks' loans are guranteed by the state,The most difficult financial risk to prevent isn't bad loans but the financial risk of direct finance. Financial crisises are often caused by confidence crisis,in order to prevent financial risk in China.We should reform financial system to improve its transparent. Administration closure and business trust can't effectively prevent from financial risk.In order to avert financial risk,financial institution should be closed by the principle of market.
