摘　　要：目的预防重症肌无力患者呼吸道并发症的发生。方法对382例重症肌无力患者实施早期呼吸道护理干预措施，如叩背排痰、湿化气道、机械吸痰、鼻饲等促进痰液排出，避免误吸、呛咳，保持呼吸道通畅；同时将健康教育贯穿始终。结果通过早期实施针对性呼吸道护理及全程健康教育，住院患者无呼吸道并发症的发生。结论早期开展呼吸道护理，保持呼吸道通畅，促进痰液排出等，可以有效地预防呼吸道并发症的发生，进而预防肌无力危象的出现。Objective To explore the meth-od of prevention from complications of myasthenia gravis. Methods Early implementation of the respiratory care were carried out on 382 patients with myasthenia gravis , such as call-back expectoration, airway humidification, mechanical suction, nasal feeding, which can stimulate mucus discharge, avoid aspiration, choking, keep the airway patency. At the same time, health education implemented through the the whole process. Results Inpatients did not show respiratory complications by cayyring out early meticulous, thoughtful, timely and targeted respiratory care and a comprehensive health education. Conclusions It can effectively prevent the respiratory complications by early respiratory care, maintenanee of airway patency and promotion sputum discharge, which is helpful to prevent the emergence of myasthenic crisis.
