摘　　要：在分析人力资源与经济增长关系的基础上，论述了人力资源对中国经济增长的特殊意义。考虑当前中国人力资源开发现状。On the basis of analysis of the relationship between human resource and economic growth,the paper discusses the special significance of the human resource on China economic growth。Considering the current situation in China,it puts forward countermeasures.against the development of human resource for promoting long run economic growth in China.
