摘 要:目的测定重汽焊接车间空气净化系统的净化效果。方法采用交叉布点方法对开启通风系统和未开启通风系统的焊接车间进行空气采样,经过称量法分析后,对数据进行统计学分析。结果通风系统开启后,焊接车间内电焊烟尘和氧化锰均达到国家职业卫生标准,开启前后车间电焊烟尘和氧化锰测定结果有显著性差异,内净化效率达到87%,废气排放指标符合国家相关标准。结论焊接车间空气净化装置能够达到降低工作场所污染物浓度的效果。[Objective]To evaluate the purification effect of air cleaning system in heavy duty truck welding shop.[Methods]Cross-distribution method was adopted to conduct air sampling in welding shops with ventilation system on and off.After dealing with weighing method,the data was analyzed statistically.[Results]With ventilation system on,the concentration of welding fumes and manganese oxide both met the national standard of occupational health,the difference of determination results was significant between ventilation system on and off,the purification efficiency was 87%,the exhaust emission was in line with national standard.[Conclusion]The air cleaning system in welding shop can reduce the pollutant concentration in work place.
