摘  要:目的通过实验验证使用Barth理论设计的旋风式粉尘采样头能否符合英国医学研究委员会制定的标准曲线(BM-RC曲线)的要求。方法对使用Barth理论设计的旋风式粉尘采样头进行实验室检测以及与进口旋风式粉尘采样头进行比对。结果Barth理论设计的旋风式粉尘采样头与BMRC曲线对应值偏差的实验室检测值为4.9%,进口旋风式粉尘采样头与BMRC曲线对应值偏差2.3%。结论Barth法设计的旋风式粉尘采样头与进口旋风式粉尘采样头采样性能的差别较小,能够满足BMRC曲线的要求。[Objective]To verify the cyclone sampling head which designed by the Barth's theory in line with the BMRC curve through experimental test.[Methods]Experimental test was performed on cyclone sampling head which was designed by Barth's theory,the results were compared with import cyclone sampling head.[Results]The cyclone sampling head designed by Barth's theory with the BMRC curve deviation’s the laboratory examination value was 4.9%,the deviation of the import sampling head was 2.3%.[Conclusion]The difference of sampling efficiency is not significant between the Barth's theory designed sampling head and the import sampling head,so that the Barth's theory designed sampling head can meet the requirement of the BMRC curve.
