摘　　要：目的了解某薄膜晶体管液晶显示器面板生产企业职业病危害防护设施运行效果。方法采用现场调查、现场检测等方法,对该企业的职业病危害防护设施运行效果进行评价。结果毒物检测点合格率98.8%,噪声合格率86.8%,工频电场、高频辐射、X射线合格率均为100%,紫外线合格率76.5%。结论职业病防护设施设置基本合理,运行基本正常。但个别职业病防护设施需改进,同时应加强日常防护设施的管理和维护,切实提高防护水平。[Objectives]To investigate the running effects of protective facilities for occupational hazards in a TFT-LCD panel manufacturing enterprise.[Methods]Field investigation and monitoring were applied to evaluate the running effects of protective facilities for occupational hazards.[Results]The qualified rate of chemical poisons in detection points was 98.8%,and that of noise was 86.8%.The qualified rate of power frequency electric field,high frequency radiation and X-rays were 100%.The qualified rate of ultraviolet radiation was 76.5%.[Conclusion]Occupational protective facilities were set reasonably,and operated normally.However,individual occupational protective equipment needs to be improved,and daily management and maintenance of protective facilities should be strengthened to improve the level of protection.
