摘　　要：在农村,以股权为质押取得融资的情况还不多见。近年来随着新农村建设的蓬勃开展,新型农村股份合作制经济组织不断涌现,使股权在农村广泛发展、存在,为开展股权质押融资业务提供了基本条件。然而,由于农村股权有其特殊的性质,给股权质押融资业务的开展带来了一定的困难。要克服这些困难,在农村开展股权质押担保方式的创新,仍有许多工作要做。In rural areas, pledge of stock financing is also unusual. With the new rural construction boom in recent years, a new type of rural cooperative economic organizations of shares continues to emerge, so that there is equity in the extensive development of rural areas, which provides the basic conditions for carrying out pledge of stock financing. However, as equity in rural areas has its special nature, the conduct of equity pledge financing has difficulties. To overcome these difficulties, there is still much work to be done.
