摘  要:目的:研究青钱柳多糖(CP)对正常及糖尿病小鼠降血糖的作用及胰岛组织形态的影响。方法:通过尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶建立小鼠糖尿病模型,分别以300,450,600mg/kg青钱柳多糖灌胃给药,连续14d后,测定空腹12h血糖,并观察各组小鼠胰脏组织结构。结果:CP不影响正常小鼠血糖,可降低糖尿病小鼠血糖(P<0.05)并对胰岛组织损伤有一定的保护作用。结论:青钱柳多糖具有降血糖作用并对胰岛组织有一定的保护作用。Objective: To study the effect of Cyclocarya Paliurus Polysaccharide (CP) on decreasing blood sugar and protecting the morphology of pancreatic tissue in the normal and diabetic mice. Methods: The diabetic mice models were established by ailoxan injection. Then they were randomly divided into 3 groups which were supplied orally with CP respectively by 300mg/kg-1,450mg/kg-1 and 600mg/kg-1 daily. After 14 days of treatment,the blood glucose of the mice in each group after 12 hs' fasting,and the microstructures of the pancreatic tissues of the mice were ob- served. Results : CP does not affect the blood sugar level of the normal mice, but it can lower the blood glucose of the mice with diabetes (P〈0. 05) and has some protective effect on pancreatic tissue injury. Conclusions: CP can decrease the blood glucose levels and protect the pancreatic tissues in diabetic mice.
