摘  要:目的:评价乌司他丁(UTI)对急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的治疗作用。方法:66例重症AOPP患者随机分为UTI治疗组(治疗组n=33)和非UTI治疗组(对照组n=33)。在急性期治疗前后分别测定血清细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的水平变化,结果:UTI治疗组TNF-α和ICAM-1治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),非UTI治疗组治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:UTI可显著抑制机体炎症介质的产生,从而减轻炎性反应对机体的损伤,UTI对AOPP患者在免疫领域中起治疗作用。Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of Ulinastatin (UTI) on acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP). Methods: 66 patients from severe AOPP were randomly divided into ulinastatin intervention group (UTI group) and non-ulinastatin intervention group (non-UTI group), with 33 patients in each group. The changes of TNF-a and ICAM-1 levels in the serum of the patients before and after the acute treatment were determined. Re- sults: There were of staticstical significance in TNF-α and ICAM-1 levels before and after the treatment in the UTI group (P〈0. 01), while there was no difference in the non-UTI group (P〉0. 05). There existed significant differ- ences in TNF-α and ICAM-1 levels between the two groups after the treatment (P〈0. 01). Conclusions: Ulinastatin may remarkably inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokinases, thus it can prevent the injury of human body by inflammatory response. In short, Ulinastatin has immune protective effect on AOPP patients.
