摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗巨大肾囊肿简便、高效的方法。方法:对53例58个巨大肾囊肿采用B超引导经皮穿刺置管无水乙醇反复硬化治疗3d,观察疗效和并发症,随访6个月无复发为治愈。结果:手术成功率100%,囊肿治愈率100%,无明显并发症。结论:B超引导经皮穿刺置管反复硬化治疗巨大肾囊肿是简便安全、经济高效的方法。Objective： To explore the simple and effective way in treating giant renal cyst. Methods： 58 giant renal cysts of 53 patients were conducted repeated ethanol sclerotherapy with percutaneous catheter directed by B-ultra- sound for 3 days, the efficacy and complications were observed and then with a 6-month following-up to confirm the recurrence rate. Results： The success rate of the operation was 100%, curative rate for the cyst was 100% and there were no complications. Comclusions ： It is a simple, safe, ecconomical and efficient way to perform treatment of mul- tiple sclerosis in giant renal cyst with percutaneous catheter directed by B-ultrosound.
