摘 要:目的:建立工作场所空气中丙烯酸的溶剂解吸-高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:以硅胶管采集空气中丙烯酸,用甲醇解吸后高效液相色谱测定。结果:丙烯酸浓度在10μg/ml~120μg/ml(以采集3 L空气样品计,相当于空气中丙烯酸的浓度为0.10 mg/m3~120 mg/m3)范围内线性关系良好,回归方程y=37922944.3x+1527.6,r=0.9992(n=6),检出限为0.06μg/ml;相对标准偏差在2.3%~4.7%之间;平均解吸效率94.9%;200 mg硅胶吸附45μg丙烯酸,密闭放置一周,损失率(10%。结论:本法适用于工作场所空气中丙烯酸的浓度测定。Objective:To establish a method for determination of acrylic acid in the air of workplace by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:Silica gel tube adsorption and solvent desorption were used for sampling of acrylic acid and analysis was performed by HPLC.Results:The relative standard deviation in the range of 0.10 μg/ml~120 μg/ml was 2.3%~4.7%.Regression equation is y=37922944.3x+1527.6,r=0.9992(n=6).Detection limit was 0.06 μg/ml.The average desorption efficiency was 94.9%.In a tube containing 200 mg silica gel,45 μg of acrylic acid could be adsorbed.Keep this tube tightly closed for a week,the acrylic acid could still remain stable with a loss rate ﹤10%.Conclusion:The method is compatible with concentration detection of acrylic acid in the air of workplace.
