摘 要:目的:研究五氯酚钠的致敏性及其对DNA的损伤作用。方法:应用皮肤变态反应试验和单细胞凝胶电泳试验对五氯酚钠的致敏性及其对DNA的损伤作用进行了探讨。结果:五氯酚钠未引起白化豚鼠皮肤变态反应;80μg/ml和160μg/ml五氯酚钠剂量组诱发细胞DNA链断裂损伤的频率与对照组相比显著升高(P<0.05),且随着剂量增加,其损伤程度加重。结论:五氯酚钠对动物未呈现致敏性,对CHO细胞DNA直接造成断裂损伤,对人体具有潜在的致癌性。Objective:To study the allergy and DNA damage effects of sodium pentachlorophenol.Methods:The allergy and DNA damage effects induced by sodium pentachlorophenol were investigated with skin allergic reaction test and single cell gel electrophoresis test.Results:The research indicated that sodium pentachlorophenol did not cause the allergic reaction on guinea pig skin.The frequency of DNA damages caused by sodium pentachlorophenol in the treatment groups of the dosage as 80 and 160 μg/ml were significantly higher than the control group,and showed a dose-response relationship.Conclusion:Sodium pentachlorophenol does not induce the animal allergic reaction,but causes the damage of CHO cell DNA directly,which indicates that sodium pentachlorophenol has the potential carcinogenesis to the human body.
