摘 要:目的:调查研究浙江省台州市外观健康的家犬是否携带狂犬病毒,为加强当前犬只管理、控制我国狂犬病不断上升的疫情提供参考依据。方法:在台州市各县(区)按疫情有无分两批收集外观健康的家犬脑样品分别为153份及144份,采用免疫荧光实验(IFA)和逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)的方法检测脑样品中的狂犬病毒及相应抗原。结果:检出两份狂犬病毒阳性样品,均为疫情流行时所采样品;台州市外观健康的家犬狂犬病毒携带率平均为0.67%(2/297),出现疫情时的带毒率为1.4%(2/144)。结论:外观健康的家犬能够携带狂犬病毒;家犬可能是台州市人间狂犬病疫情的主要传播媒介。Objective:To detect rabies virus in brain of home bred dog collected from Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province.Methods:153 and 144 canine brain samples were collected from home bred dogs in several counties(or districts).The time of collecting samples was concerned about the epidemic status that no rabies and vice versa.The methods used to detect the rabies virus in brain samples were immunofluorescence assay(IFA) and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results:2 positive results were detected.The mean rates of dog carrying rabies virus was 0.67%(2/297) when human rabies was in epidemic status,and was 1.4%(2/144) when there was no human rabies case reported.Conclusion:Health-like dogs can carry rabies virus.Dogs might be the main vectors for the rabies circulating in human being.
