摘 要:目的:建立恒温扩增技术检测乙肝基因分型,分析乙型肝炎B、C基因与肝脏炎症程度的关系。方法:根据乙肝病毒序列设计B型基因、C型基因引物进行恒温检测,同时分析肝功能、HBVDNA之间的差异。结果:恒温扩增技术检出HBV基因B、C型占94.00%,C型基因患者HBVDNA定量略高于B基因患者,但无统计学差异(P>0.05),肝脏炎症指标ALT异常程度C型重于B型,二者比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:恒温扩增技术能够应用于乙肝基因型的检测,目前乙肝基因型多以B、C型为主,C型基因患者肝损伤程度重于B型基因。Objective:To establish isothermal amplification detection for HBV genotyping to analyze hepatitis B B,C gene and the relationship between the degree of liver inflammation.Methods:According to sequence of B-type hepatitis B virus gene,C-type gene primers temperature detection,simultaneous analysis of liver function,HBVDNA differences.Results:Detection of HBV gene amplification constant B,C-type accounting for 94.00%,C-type gene was slightly higher in patients with quantitative HBVDNA genes in patients with B,but no statistical difference P〉0.05,liver inflammation indicators of abnormal ALT levels C-emphasis on the B-type,the two have more statistically significant difference P〈0.05.Conclusion:Isothermal amplification can be used in the detection of hepatitis B genotypes.Now mostly HBV genotype B,C-type main,C-type genes of liver injury in patients with emphasis on the B-type gene.
