摘 要:目的:全面了解我国豆制品质量安全现状的同时,找出影响豆制品质量问题的主要原因,并针对我国豆制品的质量安全现状提出几点建议,为进一步提高豆制品卫生质量、保障人民群众的饮食安全提供参考。方法:依据相关国家标准进行检测。结果:抽样数量、抽样地区及检验项目、产品合格率逐年增加,但豆制品的产品质量仍存在问题。结论:豆制品的产品质量有待于进一步加强。Objective:Through a thorough grasp of the present situation on the soybean products safety in China,the main reasons affected the passing rate of soybean products health were found.In order to improve the hygienic quality of soybean products and protect people′s food security,some suggestions were put forward.Methods:The samples were detected by standard relevant national methods.Results:The quality of soybean products also have problems though the number of spot checks,the number of random field,test items,the qualification rate of products were arised year by year.Conclusion:The quality of soybean products should be enhanced.
