摘　　要：针对马克思主义公有制变迁微观角度分析存在的一些缺失,文章围绕制度结构性变化与制度效率之间的互动关系导致的制度变迁问题,对已有介质结构模型作出精确化与具体化处理,引入博弈论分析工具,将制度变迁推演成为子博弈精炼均衡的分析情景,试图刻画制度变迁一般层面的微观响应机制,并利用中国改革开放30年企业制度变迁实绩印证其制度演化的理路,着力回答马克思主义公有制变迁微观层面的机制与条件。There is deficiency in the analysis of Marxist public ownership from a micro perspective.This article analyzes systematic transformation caused by the interaction between the structural changes of the system and the systematic efficiency.It deals minutely and concretely the existing model of medium structure,adopting analytical instrument of game theory and turning the systematic transformation into a situation where there is a refined and balanced analysis.It also tries to describe a micro responding system of the systematic transformation and to answer the mechanism and conditions of the transformation of Marxist public ownership,aided by the proof accumulated in the transformation of the systems of enterprises over the 30 years of reform and opening up history.
