摘　　要：馆藏图书的流通统计对馆藏图书利用规律的研究有一定作用,但也存在局限性,可通过读者发文的引文统计加以弥补。读者发文的引文是读者在研究过程中利用文献的体现,尽管引用文献量要小于研究过程中实际利用文献量,但以引文作为研究样本,只要具备一定的数量,仍然具有现实意义:其一,可以研究馆藏图书的保障率;其二,可以进一步研究引文利用与流通利用的区别。Circulation statistics of book collections has certain effects for researches on the utilization rate of book collections,but it also has limitations,which could be resolved by citation statistics of readers＇ papers.Citations of readers＇ papers could show us which kind of literatures the reader use.Though the amount of citations is less than the amount of literatures used during the research,citations still have significance.It could be used to research collection security rate and the difference between citation utilization and circulation utilization.
