摘　　要：针对矿山具体的开采技术条件,选择与其相适应的采矿方法对矿山开采显得十分重要。分析了辰州矿业公司所应用的充填采矿法的演变过程,对充填采矿法各个阶段的应用情况进行了对比,重点突出了现有充填采矿法的形成过程,并对其提出相应的完善建议。An adaptive mining method aiming at the mining technical conditions is of great importance for the mining production. The reform process of back-filling method in Chenzhou Mining Industry Company is analyzed and the application of the method in different stages are compared. The formation of the current back-filling method is emphasized. Meanwhile, some perfecting suggestions are put forward.
