摘　　要：首先对ILAS目前的培训与服务机制进行调查,旨在运用WEB2.0技术设计出一个便于ILAS系统用户进行随时随地进行学习与交流的网站,从而提高ILAS系统用户的工作效率。The paper investigates the present training and service of ILAS.The aim is to use WEB2.0 technology to design a a website,which is convenient for ″ILAS″ users to learn and communicate anytime and anywhere,thereby enhance efficiency of ILAS system users.
