摘 要:主要论述全光纤硅谐振微传感器中微弱信号的相关检测技术.研究表明:对于高阻抗信号源,有效信号电流仅为纳安级、信噪比很低、谐振频率高达200kHz的微弱信号,可通过选用低漂移、高输入阻抗和宽频带的运放作为前置放大器,并进一步应用相关检测原理,设计出相应的电路,就能极大地提高信噪比,检测出有效信号,实现硅微传感器微弱信号的检测.Relative detecting technology of the weak signal to all optical fiber silicon resonant microsensor is mostly discussed. The research shows to the high impedance signal source whose effective signal current is nanoampere order of magnitude only, signal to noise ratio is very low and frequency band is wide, we can choice the low drift, high input impedance and wide band operational amplifier as the preamplifier, further apply relative detecting principle and design corresponding circuits, so signal to noise may be improved highly and effective signals can be detected. Detection of the weak signal to the silicon microsensor can be accomplished.
