摘 要:本文有别于常规观察法和压降法,采用自行设计的双环电导探针技术,根据油水混合物的电学特性来实验测定和判断油水两相流动中相反转的发生,实验中还同时测量了油水两相流的流动压降以及实验段内的平均截面含水率,以验证电导探针测量结果。实验结果表明:油水两相流相反转发生在水相表观速度较低而油相表观速度较高的情况下,可以通过双环探针的信号较精确地确定反相点发生的范围,该范围内油水两相流的流动佐证了压降陡增为相反转的发生。Different from observation and differential pressure methods, a kind of self-designed double-parallel-ring conductance probe was used to experimentally determine the occurrence of phase inversion in oil-water two-phase flow according to the different electricity characteristic of the mixture in this paper. Meanwhile, the pressure drop along the pipeline and the average water fraction of the cross section were measured as secondary variables in this experiment. The experimental results show that phase inversion occurs under the circumstances of low water superficial velocity and high gas superficial velocity. Phase inversion point can be determined by the signals of the double-parallel-ring conductance probe, which is confirmed and supported by the abruptly increase of the pressure drop.
