综合性保温措施维持肝移植术中患者体温稳定的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在肝移植术中采取综合性保温措施对维持体温、心率等生命体征平稳的效果。方法对15例行同种异体原位肝移植手术患者采取术中综合性保温措施,并监测体温、心率、血压等生命体征的变化。结果患者体温、心率、血压等较为平稳,术中生命体征的变化随着手术进展呈现出一定特点:新肝开放时体温下降明显,新肝开放后15min体温已基本恢复正常,新肝开放时心率明显加快,无肝期收缩压及舒张压明显下降,新肝开放时收缩压下降明显。结论采取综合性保温措施能维持手术全过程体温、心率、血压相对平稳,有利于肝移植手术的顺利进行。Objective To evaluate the effects of comprehensive methods to maintain body temperature for maintaining body temperature during liver transplantation. Methods Fifteen patients undergoing liver transplantation received comprehensive temperature maintaining methods. The changes of body temperature, heart rate and blood pressure were monitored in the whole process of operation. Results Intraoperative changes of vital signs during the surgery showed some characteristics：the body temperature decrease when reperfusion began and retumed to normal 15 minutes after the reperfusion starting;heart rate increased when reperfusion began;the systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased during the anhepatic phase;the systolic blood pressure decreased significantly when repeffusion began. Conclusion The comprehensive temperature maintaining methods is effective to stabilize body temperature,heart rate and blood pressure during the whole process of liver transplantation, which can ensure the success of liver transplantation.
