摘　　要：脑复苏的疗效直接影响心脏骤停患者复苏的预后，选择更客观、更科学的评估复苏后综合征患者神经功能结局的方法，探索除亚低温治疗外更具前景的脑复苏措施将使脑复苏取得更理想的效果，结合相关文献进行综述。The effect of cerebral resuscitation influences the prognosis of sudden cardiac arrest survivors. To select objective and scientific methods to evaluate neurological outcome of post - resuscitation syndrome survivors and to explore promising measures besides hypothermia in order to obtain the better curative effect of cerebral resuscitation. To summarize the monitoring and evaluation of neurological outcome of post - resuscitation syndrome survivors and the status quo and prospect of cerebral resuscitation by some articles.
