摘　　要：对于小型化和高可靠电子装备生产中印制电路板组件的装联,普遍采用的方法是表面贴装技术。手工贴片作为机器贴片的一种重要补充,在未来电子产品生产日益走向多品种小批量条件下,将继续发挥着不可替代的作用。手工贴片的主要存在问题是效率低,质量一致性差。介绍了PCBA手工贴装的工艺流程及贴装方法,并根据实际生产经验,从工艺防错控制、质量检验环节控制、生产管理措施及员工培训等方面,归纳总结了提高手工贴装产品质量的方法和措施。The assembly method is surface mount technolgoy for printed circuit board in the production of miniaturization and high reliability electronic equipment at pressnt. But the manual assembly is an important complement for machine assembly and will continue to play an imporlant role in the high mix and low - volume proudetion in the future. The main problems of manual assembly is inefficient and poor quality. Describe the process flow and assembly method of manual assembly based on experience from error proofing control, quality control, production management and employee training. Summarize the methods and measures of improving product quality that the product is assemblied manually.
