摘  要:介绍了一种基于PowerPC硬件平台和嵌入式Linux操作系统的采样单元,该采样单元通过PowerPC的网络协处理器和PCI总线扩展百兆以太网接口,可以同时与4个合并单元通过IEC61850-9-1协议进行通信。分析了Linux系统的调度性能,并结合电力系统的实际应用,对其进行适当修改,重点介绍了嵌入式Linux操作系统在PowerPC平台上网络处理的高实时性和高可靠性的实现方法,同时还介绍了其在SCS-600数字式安全稳定控制装置上的验证情况。结果表明,该平台单板可以采样处理4个合并单元的信息,网络通信的实时性和可靠性能够满足IEC61850的要求,并能够很好地满足安全稳定控制装置对信息采样的多元件、高速率、高可靠性的要求。A sampling unit based on PowerPC hardware platform and embedded Linux operating system is introduced. The former can simultaneously communicate with four merging units via IEC 61850-9-1 with network coordination processor of PowerPC and a PCI-based extended Ethernet interface. First,the scheduling principle of Linux is analyzed and some optimization is employed for practical application of power system. Then,the implementation method of high real-time ability and reliability of network with embedded Linux operating system on PowerPC hardware platform is depicted. In addition,the check situation in the experiment of SCS-600 (a digital control device for security and stability) is presented. The result shows that the sampling unit can work well with four merging units based on IEC 61850-9-1,and it is able to satisfy the requirement of information sampling with high-speed sampling and high reliability for the control device of security and stability.
