摘  要:目的:观察大鼠力竭游泳运动后中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)NF-κB的表达情况,探讨中脑导水管周围灰质与力竭运动的关系。方法:建立大鼠力竭游泳运动模型,将雄性SD大鼠35只,随机分为对照组(5只)和力竭组(30只),力竭组进行1周力竭游泳训练,在末次运动结束后取0,4,8,12,16,24h等不同时间点断头取脑,采用免疫组织化学技术SABC法,观察灰质背内侧区(dmPAG)、背外侧区(dlPAG)、外侧区(lPAG)和腹外侧区(vlPAG)转录因子NF-κB的分布表达情况。结果:与对照组比较,力竭组在dmPAG、dlPAG与lPAG中NF-κB在即刻表达最高(P<0.05),4~12h逐渐下降(P<0.05),16~24h继续下降(P>0.05),24h恢复到正常水平,而vlPAG中NF-B在8h表达增高(P<0.05),12h开始下降(P<0.05),16~24h继续下降(P>0.05),24h恢复到正常水平。结论:力竭游泳运动后大鼠PAG中NF-B的表达与神经活性物质的存在有关。Objective:To observe the expression of NF-κB after exhausted swimming exercise and investigate the relationship between the periaqueductal gray(PAG)and exhausted swimming exercise.Methods:Model rats were established by exhausted swimming exercise,thirty-five SD rats were randomly divided into control group(n=5)and exhausted swimming group(n =30).The brains of exhausted swimming group were removed at 0,4,8,12,16,24 h after seven-day exhausted exercise,the expression of NF-κB were detected by immunohistochemical SABC techniques.Results:Compared with control group the expression of NF-κB in dmPAG、dlPAG and lPAG was extremely higher at 0 h(P〈0.05),gradually decreased at 4-12 h(P〈0.05),more decreased at 16-24 h(P〉0.05),and returned to normal levels at 24 h(P〉0.05).However,the expression of NF-κB in vlPAG was higher at 8 h(P〈0.05),gradually decreased at 12 h(P〈0.05),more decreased at 16-24 h(P〉0.05),and returned to normal levels at 24 h(P〉0.05).Conlusion:The expression of NF-κB in midbrain Periaqueductal gray of rats may be correlated with neurotransmitters after exhausted swimming exercise.
