摘　　要：虽然中药药物代谢动力学研究在促进中药新药注册中的作用还有限,但在中药剂型改革、阐明中药效应物质基础、指导临床用药方案制定和中药国际化研究中发挥了重要作用,本文以研究实例就中药药物代谢动力学在中药新药研发中的促进作用和进展作一综述。Although the pharmacokinetic study of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） plays a limited rote in promoting the registration of new drugs of TCM, it plays an important role in reforming the Chinese medicine formulations, elucidating the material basis of Chinese medi- cine, designing the dose regimens for clinical treatment and promoting the internationalization of Chinese medicine. This review summarized the recent advances and illustrated with examples how the pharmacokinetics of TCM can promote the research and development of Chinese medicine.
