双重退火对TC21钛合金电子束焊接接头组织性能的影响

摘  要:为了解决TC21钛合金电子束焊接接头脆性较大的问题,提高其电子束焊接接头的冲击韧性,对TC21钛合金电子束焊接接头进行热处理研究和其接头组织性能的分析。研究表明,TC21钛合金电子束焊接接头经双重退火热处理后具有良好的综合性能,即具有较好的强度和断后伸长率,冲击韧性达到母材的58%;接头经双重退火后,焊缝α′相发生分解,生成α相和β相。To decrease the brittleness of the TC21 alloy electron beam welded joints and increase their impact toughness, the heat treatment technology of TC21 titanium alloy electron beam welded joints was studied and the microstructures and properties of the joints were analyzed. The Studied results show that the TC21 titanium alloy electron beam welded joints has excellent mechanical properties after double annealing heat treatment technology is used of welded joints, such as high strength and elongation after fracture, its toughness can be up to 58% of base metal. After the joints being annealed for two times, the α′ phase of the fusion zone decomposes to α phase and β phase.
