GentleLASE plus激光脱毛898例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察GentleLASE plus激光脱毛治疗的临床疗效.方法 对898例患者治疗1079个部位,选择波长755 nm,光斑直径10 mm,能量密度为16～24 J/cm2;一般治疗3～6次,每次间隔6～8周.结果 本组患者共898例（1079个部位）,均获随访6个月,治疗后无水泡、感染及瘢痕形成.其中500个部位治疗1～3次,432个部位治疗4～6次,其余147个部位均治疗6次以上.四肢和腋窝的疗效较其他部位好.结论 采用755 nm翠绿宝石激光脱毛治疗,疗效持久、微创,无不良反应发生.Objective To observe the clinical effects of GentleLASE plus laser on hair removal. Methods A total of 1079 sites in 898 patients were treated by 755 nm alexandrite laser with 10 mm spot size and 16 - 24 J/cm2. The treatment were divided into multiple steps with an interval of 6 -8 weeks. Results Among1079 sites in 898 patient of this group, 500 sits were adpoted with 1 - 3 times treatment, 432 sites with 4 6 times treatment and the remaining 147 sites were treated with more than 6 times. After 6 months following up, the curative effect of hair removal in limbs and axillary were better than that in other parts. All patients after treatment were satisfied without blisters, infection and scar formation. Conclusion The treatment of hair removal by 755 nm alexandrite laser was accepted easily by patients with these advantages such as long-lasting curative effect, non-side effects and minimal invasion.
