摘 要:目的:探讨电针"大陵"穴对室性心动过速的调节机制。方法:将70只清洁级SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、"大陵"组、"太渊"组,正常组10只,其余各20只。采用股静脉插管注射氯化铯造成大鼠室性心动过速模型,"大陵"组针刺"大陵"穴,"太渊"组针刺"太渊"穴,连接BL-410四道生物机能实验系统,连续记录大鼠肢体Ⅱ导联心电图,观察心率、心律失常总持续时间的变化,采用放射免疫法检测血管活性肠肽(VIP)含量。结果:电针"大陵"穴后大鼠心率与模型组和"太渊"组相比明显下降,心律失常总持续时间缩短(P<0.01,P<0.05);造模后大鼠血浆VIP含量较正常组显著降低(P<0.05),"大陵"组与模型组比较明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:电针"大陵"穴有较好的调节心律失常的作用。Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on heart rate (HR), arrhythmia duration, and plasma vasoactive intestinal peptide (VlP) level in ventricular tachycardia (VT) rats so as to study its underlying adjustment mechanism. Methods A total of 70 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control, model (VT), "Daling" (PC 7,EA-PC 7) and "Taiyuan" (LUg, EA-LU9) groups. VT model was duplicated by injection of CsCl (2 mol/L, 1.6 mmoL/kg, femoral vein). EA (2 Hz/15 Hz, 1 mA) was applied to "Daling" (PC 7) and "Taiyuan" (LU 9) for 5 min after inserting acupuncture needles. BL-410 Biofunctional System was used to record the ECG of the standard limb lead Ⅱ, and plasma VlP content assayed by using radioimmunoassay. Results Following intravenous injection of CsCI, HR increased significantly in model, EA-PC 7 and EA-LU 9 groups (P〈0.05). Compared to model group, HR at 5 min, 10 min and 15 min after administration of CsCI and the duration of arrhythmia in EA-PC 7 group decreased considerably (P〈0.01 ). No significant differences were found between EA-LU 9 and model groups in HR and the duration of arrhythmia (P〉0.05). Compared with normal group, the content of plasma VlP in model group decreased apparently (P〈0. 05), while in comparison with model group, plasma VIP level in EA-PC 7 group increased considerably (P〈0.01). Conclusion Electroacupuncture of "Daling" (PC 7) can effectively suppress CsOl-induced tachycardia which may be closely associated with its effect in reducing plasma VlP level.
