摘　　要：目的 探讨关节镜下空心螺钉内固定治疗儿童胫骨髁间嵴骨折的手术方法和结果.方法 胫骨髁间嵴骨折18例.新鲜骨折7例,陈旧骨折11例,在关节镜下将骨块复位,通过骨折端的清理达到轻微过度复位,以恢复前交叉韧带（ACL）张力,分别用2枚空心钛螺钉固定骨折块,必要时使用垫片.结果 所有骨折术后3个月内均Ⅰ期愈合,末次随访时Lysholm评分平均97.3分.3例残留有轻度伸膝受限.2例有屈膝受限,经过关节镜下松解后恢复正常.1例Lachman试验Ⅰ度阳性.结论 关节镜下螺钉内固定治疗儿童胫骨髁间嵴骨折是一种安全、有效的术式.Objective To retrospectively analyze the arthroscopic treatment for avulsed fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence in children.Methods Eighteen patients with avulsed fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence were recruited in this study,including 11 recent fractures and 7 old fractures.Under arthroscope,reduction and fixation of anterior cruciate ligament of the avulsion fracture were performed.Results Eighteen patients were followed up for an average period of 17 months（range,6 months to 3.5 years）.Stage Ⅰ healing of the fractures were achieved in all patients in 3 months after surgery.The average Lysholm score was 97.3.Three patients had mild knee extension limitations.Two patients had limitations in knee bending.Conclusions Arthroscopic treatment is simple,effective and minimally invasive for avulsed fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence in children.
