摘  要:目的:评价泌乳素(PRL)对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)JAK/STAT5信号通路的影响。方法:酶联免疫法检测血清PRL水平,免疫印迹(western blot)法检测STAT5及p-STAT5的表达。结果:高PRL水平SLE患者组STAT5及p-STAT5的表达显著高于正常PRL的SLE患者和正常人对照(P<0.05);正常PRL水平的SLE患者经重组泌乳素刺激后,STAT5及p-STAT5水平较刺激前显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:内、外源性PRL均可上调SLE患者PBMC中STAT5及p-STAT5的表达,并在SLE的发病中起一定作用。Objective: To evaluate the influence of prolactin on JAK/STAT5 signal pathway in the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Method: The level of serum prolactin was measured by enzyme - linked immunological method. The expression of STATS and p- STATS was detected by western blotting method. Results: The expression of STATS and p- STATS was higher in the patients with higher level of PRL than those in the patients with normal level of PRL and the controls ( P 〈 0.05). After stimulated by recombinant PRL, the expression of STATS and p- STATS was increased in the patients with normal PRL. Conclusion: Endogenic and exogenous PRL can increase the expression of STATS and p- STATS in peripheral blood monocytes, which may play a role in the pathogenesis of SLE.
