摘　　要：目的评价应用跟骨异型钢板三关节融合术治疗成人创伤性马蹄足的治疗效果。方法 2006年10月至2009年1月,对15例(18足)创伤性马蹄足患者应用跟骨异型钢板三关节融合术治疗,三关节骨性融合后开始负重行走,1年后取出内固定。结果所有病例均获得随访12～25个月,平均18个月。14足三关节在术后3个月得到骨性融合,3足于术后4个月融合,1足于术后5个月融合。采用AOFAS足评分,平均评分由术前的24.1分提高到术后随访时的93.2分。结论跟骨异型钢板三关节融合术对成人创伤性马蹄足是一种新的更为有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the treatment effect of triple arthrodesis using calcaneal plate on adult traumatic talipes equinus deformity.Methods From October 2006 to January 2009,15 patiants（18 feet）of traumatic talipes equinus deformity were managed with triple arthrodesis using calcaneal plate,the patients could bear weight after solid bone fusion,the plate was removed 1 year later.Results All the patients were followed up for 12-25 months（averaged 18 months）.Solid bone fusion was achieved in 14 feet in mean 3 months after operation,3 feet was fused after 4 months and 1 foot after 5 months.Preoperative and postoperative hindfoot function was assessed based on the hindfoot scoring system of the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society（AOFAS）.The mean score at follow-up improved from 24.1 to 93.2 scores.Conclusion The treatment of triple arthrodesis using calcaneal plate on adult traumatic talipes equinus deformity should be considered as a new and more effective treatment method.
