摘　　要：针对攀枝花新钢钒股份有限公司拟建一台百万吨级的方圆坯连铸机。本文结合产品大纲对该铸机的机型选择、拉速确定、铸机流数选取进行了详细的分析和计算,认为建一台7机7流的全弧形方圆坯连铸机,拉速控制在1.5～2.0m/min较为合适。Panzhihua New Steel ＆ Vanadium Co. , Ltd. , plans to build a square/round billet caster with the capacity of million tons. The selection of caster type and the determination of casting speed and strand number have been analyzed and calculated in detail based on the product mix. It is suggested that a full-arc-type square/round billet caster with 7 machines 7 strands should be built, with the casting speed controlled within 1.5 - 2. 0 m/min.
