化疗药物对乳腺癌病人肝功能影响的临床分析

摘　　要：目的评估化疗对乳腺癌病人肝功能的影响。方法回顾性研究北京大学第一医院乳腺疾病中心2008年1月至2009年12月乳腺癌病人化疗前后肝功能各项指标变化并行相关分析。结果 391例病人中25例(6.39%)确诊药物性肝损害,其丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、草氨酸转氨酶(AST)和ALT/ALP显著升高;体重指数(BMI)、血脂代谢情况、化疗类型、化疗周期与药物性肝损害的发生显著相关(P<0.05)。结论化疗引起药物性肝损害临床常见,应重视实验室检查和相关因素以保障化疗顺利实施。Objective To assess the influence and correlative factors of chemotherapeutic drug in breast cancer patients＇ liver function. Methods Retrospective study the changes of liver function data between the before and after thermotherapy in breast cancer patients, and analysis the correlative factors. Results There were 25 patients had been diagnosed as Drug-induced liver injury（DILI） among the 391 patients. They were characterized by extraordinarily increasing in ALT,AST and ALT/ALP. The BMI, lipid metabolic disease,the chemotherapeutic types and cycles were significantly correlative factors of DILI （P〈O.05）.Conclusion Chemotherapeutic drug-induced liver injury is quite common in clinical, it should be attached importance to the laboratory examination and have some indicators which brings the chemotherapy to success.
