摘　　要：工作与家庭是人存在方式的两个维度。在现代技术文明社会,工作与家庭冲突反映了人本真存在方式与现代技术文明所重构的人存在方式的冲突。"以工作为中心"文化严重侵蚀家庭生活,并导致一系列社会问题。因此,从哲学上、从人的存在意义上反思现代"以工作为中心"文化对家庭的深层冲击,反思现代文明工作与家庭冲突的深层次原因,对深刻认识现代技术文明入侵家庭生活并进而向个体生活的全面攻击有着重要意义。Work and family are two ways of human existence.In modern technological society,the conflict between them reflects the conflict between human＇s basic existence and modern technological civilization.The ＂work-centered＂ culture seriously affects the family life and thus,leads to a series of social problems.The philosophical reflection of the serious problems of the ＂work-centered＂ culture on the family life and the deep exploration of the roots of these problems have great significance for how to solve them.
