摘　　要：文章在分析政府信息资源规划内涵基础上,提出政府信息内容资源开发规划应是重点。从指导思想、基本目标、具体任务、重点项目等方面设计了我国政府信息资源规划的基本框架,分析了政府信息资源规划的实现机制。On the basis of analyzing the connotation of government information resource planning, the article puts forward that the government information content resources development planning should be the key point. From the guiding ideology, basic objectives, specific tasks, main items and so forth, the article designs the basic framework of our government information resource planning and analyzes the realization mechanism of government information resource planning.
