摘　　要：文章以高校图书馆各种投入为输入,为用户群提供的服务质量水平为输出,采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,评价高校图书馆运行的效率,评价其在所属高校能提供的有限的可用资源条件下,优化资源配置提高管理水平,为高校的教学和科研提供有力支持的能力和水平。The operational efficiency of university library was evaluated by DEA （Data Envelopment Analysis）, in which the input is all sorts of cost and devotion , the output is the service quality. It displayed the ability of college library of optimizing resources collocation and the level of giving support to education and scientific research in the college.
