甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮在宫颈妊娠治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮在治疗宫颈妊娠中的应用。方法:回顾性分析2005-2009年我院收治的12例宫颈妊娠患者行甲氨蝶呤(MTX)+米非司酮联合保守治疗的临床资料。结果:12例行甲氨蝶呤(MTX)+米非司酮联合保守治疗的宫颈妊娠患者,经保守治疗后均获得成功,疗效满意。结论:甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮用于治疗宫颈妊娠既保留了患者的生育功能,又提高了患者的生活质量,是值得推广的治疗方法。Objective：To evaluate the application of methotrexate（MTX） combined with mifepristone in the treatment of cervical pregnancy.Methods： Clinical data of 12 patients with cervical pregnancy in our hospital from 2005 to 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results： As the conservative treatment,the regimen of MTX＋mifepristone was effective in 12 patients.Conclusion： MTX combined with mifepristone can reserve reproductive function and improve the quality of life in patients with cervical pregnancy.
