长吉图开发开放先导区建设面临的问题及其对策

摘　　要：《中国图们江区域合作开发规划纲要——以长吉图为开发开放先导区》是国家沿边经济发展的重要战略。它对提升我国在图们江区域合作中的格局和地位,推动图们江区域国际合作开发,促进吉林省经济和社会发展以及边疆少数民族地区的繁荣稳定,营造东北亚诸国经济发展及和平的国际环境,具有十分重要的意义。因此,必须正视发展的前景,审视面临的挑战,重视战略的选择;必须加大加快开发开放的步伐,加强与东北亚各国的沟通和交往,实现互利共赢。Plan for China＇s Tumen River Region Cooperative Development——Changchun,Jilin,and Tumen as the leading zones of development and opening up is an important national strategy to develop the economy along borders.It will be of great significance to advance China＇s patterns and status in the cooperation of Tumen River Region,promote the international cooperative development in this region,spur on the economic and social development of Jilin Province as well as the prosperity and stability in minority areas,and create a peaceful environment for countries in Northeast Asia to quicken their economic development.Therefore,it is necessary to face up the prospect of the development,carefully survey the challenges,focus on suitable strategy adoption,accelerate the steps of opening up,and strengthen the exchanges and communication with the above-mentioned countries so that mutual benefit and win-win result will be realized at last.
