摘　　要：胡锦涛在积极推进中国特色社会主义现代化建设的实践过程中成功地实现了对于和谐社会经济制度基础的实践诠释,更新了发展理念,形成了科学发展观和社会主义和谐社会的建设理论,明晰了实践诠释和谐社会经济制度基础的第一要义、基本出发点、根本要求和根本方法。Hu Jintao has successfully made a practical interpretation of the foundation of economic system in a harmonious society in the process of actively forwarding socialist modernization with Chinese features.He not only renovates the thoughts of development,proposes an scientific outlook on development and the ways to construct a harmonious socialist society,but also defines the first essential,the primary starting point,the fundamental request and basic methods to lay the foundation of economic system in a harmonious society.
