摘　　要：文章通过对科技查新常用专利检索系统的选择、检索字段和检索策略的确定、同族专利的检索、专利文献法律状态的使用以及专利文献的分析和专利查新报告的撰写等各个方面的探讨,为科技查新人员更迅速地熟悉和掌握专利文献在科技查新中的应用提供有益参考。By discussing how to select the commonly-used patent retrieval system for novelty check, how to de- termine the search words and strategies, how to search patent family, how to utilize the legal status of patent literature, how to analyze patent literature and how to draft a patent novelty check report, this paper provides useful help for nov- ehy check personnel in how to quickly familiarize themselves with the application of patent literature in novelty check.
