摘 要:首先从理论上讨论期刊的h型指数、中心度、SJR和特征因子4种新型期刊引文评价方法各自的特性,再以统计学方法探析4种新方法的数值分布及结果差异。国外图书馆学情报学期刊的实证结果显示:新方法的大部分指标不符合正态分布;h型指数和SJR总体上的区分度相对弱,而中心度和特征因子相对强;中心度同时逼近传统的同行评议和量化评价方法结果。This paper firstly discusses the characteristics of 4 new methods for journal citation evaluation in theory, that is, h type indices, centrality, SJR and eigenfactor. Then, the numerical distribution and the result difference of the 4 new methods are explored statistically. The empirical results of the international library and information science journals show that the majority of new indices fail to conform to normal distribution; the differentiation be- tween results got by h type indices and those by SJR is relatively weak, while the differentiation between results got by centrality and those by eigenfactor is relatively strong ; the results got by centrality are close to those by traditional peer review and quantitative evaluation methods.
