摘　　要：介绍了变速率语音算法SMV的DSP实时实现技术。根据标准SMV的要求优化算法的定点C程序,减少占用空间,改善码本的搜索时间,最终在DM642硬件开发平台上运行成功,话音质量符合通信要求。This paper describes a variable-rate speech algorithm of SMV and real-time implementation technology of DSP. Ac- cording to the standard requirements of SMV, the optimized fixed-point C code reduces the occupied memory space and improves the codebook search time. Finally SMV runs successfully on the hardware development platform of DM642.The voice quality of SMV meets the communication requirements.
