摘　　要：本文创新性地引入了隐形进入成本与制度质量的概念,建立了一个嵌入市场隐形进入成本及制度质量的银行经营模式博弈分析模型,并揭示了外资银行与本地银行在不同国家的盈利能力具有显著差异的原因,最后利用国内73家中外资银行的非平衡面板数据进行实证检验。结果表明:制度质量影响了外资银行的经营模式;隐形进入成本限制了外资银行的盈利水平。实证检验证实了本文的理论结果,发现目前我国可能存在对外资银行监管"真空"的事实,并据此提出了有效监管外资银行的对策要点。This paper innovatively introduces the concept of latent cost and institutions quality into the foreign bank operating mode game analysis model.It reveals the reasons about the profitability differences between foreign banks with the same parent bank in different countries and local banks.Then it uses 73 Chinese and foreign banks＇ non-balance panel data to carry on the empirical study.And its results show that foreign bank operating mode is influenced by the institutions quality and its profitability is restricted by the latent cost.The empirical study confirms our theoretical results and finds that there may be a supervision ＂vacuum＂ to foreign banks.Accordingly,the paper proposes the countermeasures points of effective supervision to the central bank.
