摘　　要：针对外包信息系统脆弱性评价问题,从技术脆弱性和管理脆弱性两个方面建立信息系统脆弱性评价指标体系。在对比分析层次分析方法和偏好顺序结构评估方法的基础上,提出一种基于层次分析方法和偏好顺序结构评估方法相结合的外包信息系统脆弱性评价方法。用层次分析方法确定外包信息系统脆弱性评价问题的层次结构和指标权重,用偏好顺序结构评估方法对候选外包信息系统脆弱性进行最终的评价,并进行灵敏度分析。最后结合案例分析说明该方法的有效性。Outsourcing information systems vulnerability evaluation is an important issue in the outsourcing decision process.The paper develops an assessment index system for outsourcing information systems vulnerability from views of technology and management.Basing on the comparative analysis of analytic hierarchy process（AHP） and PROMETHEEII,an outsourcing information systems vulnerability evaluation approach combined AHP with PROMETHEEII is proposed.AHP is used to analyze the structure of the outsourcing information systems vulnerability evaluation problem and determine weights for the evaluation criteria,PROMETHEEII method is used for final ranking,together with change of the weights performing a sensitivity analysis.Finally,a case is given to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.
