摘　　要：随着医院临床信息系统的快速发展,医院医疗设备管理、保障和维护的工作理念和模式也将随之改变。本文根据卫生部《医疗器械临床使用安全管理规范(试行)》,结合我院医学工程管理实践,探讨通过建立临床工程信息系统,采用法制化管理流程监管在用医疗器械,各部门信息共享,达到管理标准化、规范化,健全医院质量管理制度,确保在用医疗设备使用中的安全性和有效性。With the rapid development of hospital clinical information system, the ethic and model of hospital medical equipment management, security and maintenance will accordingly be changed. Based on ＂the Clinical use of medical device safety management norms（trial）＂ published by Ministry of Health of the People＇s Republic of China, this paper combined with our hospital medical engineering management practices to explore how to supervise being used medical devices with legal management process and construction of clinical engineering information system,in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of being used medical devices.
